Serendipity and Gift of Grace Funerals are proud to present to Australians our range of beautiful and practical woollen and wicker coffins.

Our aim with this range is to meet not just increasing local demand for biodegradable coffins produced from sustainable natural resources, but also a growing desire within the community to embrace lifestyle changes that protect our environment locally and globally.

We recognise, too, the wishes of many relatives and friends of the recently deceased for a more celebratory and relaxed (yet still respectful and dignified) way of saying goodbye to their loved ones.

Our innovative and flexible options cater to those wishes with the health of the planet firmly in mind.

Epitomising quality in craftsmanship, Serendipity’s wicker coffins are all hand-woven (in Fair Trade-certified workshops) from selectively harvested, sustainable materials grown and cropped in government-licensed plantations. No metals, fasteners or glues are used, so they are indeed 100% natural.

Moreover, the production of Serendipity coffins fulfils the economic needs of the artisans who create them, further bolstering our ethos of global sustainability and environmental responsibility.
